CheckAIX is an AI-powered health companion designed to provide general health information, wellness recommendations, and personalized guidance through conversation. Key elements of our service include:
- AI-driven conversations about health topics
- Interpretation of certain test results
- Personalized health recommendations
- Wellness tracking and guidance
- Health information storage and retrieval
CheckAIX is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.
3. Account Creation & Responsibilities
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
3.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Create a strong password and keep it secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Ensure you log out from your account at the end of each session
- Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

- Create multiple accounts for any single individual

CheckAIX is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
4. Subscription & Payment
CheckAIX offers various subscription plans, including a limited free plan and premium paid subscriptions. By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay the subscription fees as outlined on our pricing page.
4.1 Billing
For paid subscriptions, you agree that:
- You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection)
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date
- All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise
- Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment processors
4.2 Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods for our premium features. At the end of any free trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial expires.
4.3 Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

When you provide information to the Service, you grant CheckAIX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute this content for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the rights to the content you provide to the Service
- The content doesn't infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
- The content doesn't violate any applicable laws or regulations
6.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding our Service ("Feedback"), you acknowledge that this Feedback is not confidential and that CheckAIX may use it without restriction or compensation to you.
7. Medical Disclaimers
The information provided by CheckAIX is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
7.1 Not Medical Advice
CheckAIX does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or heard from our Service.
7.2 Not for Emergencies
CheckAIX is not designed for emergency situations. If you experience a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately or visit the nearest emergency room.
7.3 AI Limitations
CheckAIX utilizes artificial intelligence technologies which, while constantly improving, have inherent limitations. The information provided may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Always verify important health information with qualified healthcare professionals.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CheckAIX and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Reliance on information or content provided by the Service
- Any outcomes resulting from decisions made based on information provided by the Service
In no event shall CheckAIX's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to CheckAIX in the preceding 12-month period, or if you haven't made any payments to CheckAIX, $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. Therefore, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
9.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings or by contacting customer support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, we may remove or delete any content you have provided, without liability to you.
9.3 Effect of Termination
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
